It governs your use of every PDF course, learning material, and accompanying digital asset (collectively, the “Content”) obtained from struxoit.com.
By downloading any Content from the Site you agree to be bound by this Licence. If you do not agree, do not download the Content and request a refund in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
2. GRANT OF LICENCE
Subject to your continued compliance with this Licence, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to:

- print one (1) copy per item of Content for personal study, provided the copy retains all copyright and attribution notices;

- Use the Content to train machine learning models or generative AI systems without our prior written consent;
- Use the Content for any unlawful purpose, or in a manner that infringes our rights or the rights of third parties.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Content remains the intellectual property of MORVEX CORPORATION LIMITED or its licensors. This Licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in this Licence are reserved.
Trademarks, brand names, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners; their inclusion in the Content is for illustrative and educational purposes only and does not imply affiliation, endorsement or partnership.
6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Content is provided “as is” for educational purposes. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that the Content is free of errors, that techniques described will produce specific outcomes, or that the information remains current after publication. Use of the Content is at your own risk.
Nothing in this Licence limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
7. TERMINATION
This Licence terminates automatically if you breach any term. On termination you must immediately:
- Cease all use of the Content;
- Delete all digital copies you hold;
- Destroy any physical copies you have printed.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for material breach, including injunctive relief and damages.
8. SURVIVAL
Sections 4 (Prohibited Use), 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Warranty Disclaimer), 9 (Governing Law), and any other provisions which by their nature should survive, will continue after termination.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of habitual residence where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
