As our products are PDF-format digital courses delivered electronically upon purchase, specific rules apply regarding your right to cancel and receive refunds under UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days of the transaction date and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the PDF course. By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the PDF course content, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is extinguished upon first access, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you have purchased a course and have not yet accessed or downloaded the PDF content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted where the request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date and the PDF course has not been accessed, opened, or downloaded. Refunds will not be issued where the PDF course has been accessed or downloaded; where the 14-day cancellation period has expired; or for gift cards and promotional codes.
Non-refundable items include PDF courses that have been accessed or downloaded; courses purchased under discounted or promotional pricing; gift cards and promotional codes; and any bundled course packages where any individual course has been accessed.
Defective or Misdescribed Content
If the PDF course you received is technically defective, corrupted, or materially different from its description on our website, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of whether you have accessed the content. In such cases, please contact us at info@struxoit.com with your order details and a description of the issue and we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email info@struxoit.com with your full name, registered email address, order reference number, date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed approval, please first check your bank or card account, as processing times may vary. Then contact your payment provider or card issuer. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@struxoit.com and we will investigate further.
Sale and Promotional Items
Only standard-priced courses are eligible for refund under this policy. Courses purchased under a promotional, discounted, or limited-time offer are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, unless the content is defective or misdescribed.
Gifts
Digital gift cards and gifted courses are non-refundable. Where a course was purchased as a gift and a refund is approved in accordance with this policy, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method only.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described remain fully unaffected by this policy.
