This Order Cancellation Policy is provided by MORVEX CORPORATION LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”), trading as struxoit.com, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your Right to Cancel
As our products are PDF-format digital courses delivered electronically, your right to cancel is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not yet accessed, downloaded, or opened the digital course content.
By completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the PDF course, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is extinguished upon first access, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order before accessing the content, please contact us as soon as possible at info@struxoit.com with your full name, registered email address, order reference number, date of purchase, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 2 business days.
Effects of Cancellation
If your cancellation request is valid and submitted before the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirming your cancellation. You will receive written confirmation of your refund by email.
Cancellations We Cannot Accept
We are unable to accept cancellation requests where the PDF course has already been accessed, opened, or downloaded; where the 14-day cancellation period has expired; or for gift cards, promotional codes, or courses purchased at a discounted rate under a limited-time promotion.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of digital content that is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
