1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between MORVEX CORPORATION LIMITED (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) when you access or purchase digital PDF courses through our website struxoit.com (collectively, the “Services”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and accepts full responsibility for your activity. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

struxoit.com provides educational courses in PDF format available for purchase and immediate digital download. All courses are digital products delivered electronically. No physical materials are supplied.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing

All course prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment processors. MORVEX CORPORATION LIMITED does not store your payment card details.

4.3 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your download link. Your purchase is complete upon receipt of this confirmation.

4.4 Taxes

Prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable in their jurisdiction.

5. DIGITAL CONTENT DELIVERY

PDF courses are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation via your account dashboard and by email. You may re-download your purchased courses at any time from your account. We recommend saving a personal backup copy upon download.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Please refer to our separate Order Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details. In summary, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the PDF course has not been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once the PDF has been accessed or downloaded, the right to cancel is extinguished. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of defective or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course content, including PDF documents, text, graphics, and associated materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of MORVEX CORPORATION LIMITED or its licensed content providers and is protected by UK and international copyright law. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the course content for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish, or make available any course content to any third party in any form. Unauthorised use of our content may result in legal action.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials; ensuring your use of course content complies with these Terms and applicable law; not sharing, distributing, or reselling purchased PDF courses; and using the Services only for lawful personal learning purposes.

9. PROHIBITED USES

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; loss of data or business opportunity; or losses arising from your use of downloaded course content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or attempt to misuse the Services. Upon termination, your licence to access purchased course content ceases immediately. You remain bound by the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days’ prior notice via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Order Cancellation Policy, Security Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MORVEX CORPORATION LIMITED in relation to the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
